1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AILearnWay services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services and Products

2.1 Educational Services

AILearnWay provides training sessions, workshops and consulting services in applied AI. All schedules and materials are defined in individual agreements.

2.2 Information Products

Information products include e-books, video courses and downloadable content. Access is granted after complete validation of your order.

2.3 Goods

We also offer physical items such as books, toolkits and branded merchandise. Shipping costs and delivery times are described at checkout.

3. Refund and Transfer Policy

3.1 Educational Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days from the start date of any scheduled service, provided no more than 20% of the total session hours have been used. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Instead of a refund, you may opt to transfer the remaining sessions to a future date at no extra charge. Custom consulting engagements are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the planning and resource allocation.

3.2 Information Products

All sales of digital information products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. This policy is necessary because access to digital content cannot be controlled or reversed once delivered.

3.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a credit to the original payment method within 10 business days. Defective items may be Traded or returned at no extra cost.

4. Modifications to Terms

AILearnWay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on ailearnway.digital.
